An all American Delta IV M+ (4,2) rocket successfully launched this evening, July 28th 2014 at 23:28 UTC, from Cape Canaveral in Florida carrying the first two of a planned four satellite constellation called the Air Force Space Command 4 (AFSPC-4) mission for the US Air Force.
